Card payment via Netopia

The module offers native integration with MobilPay (mobilpay.ro):

Live and Sandbox Environment

Administrators can work in two environments:

• Live – for real payments (Live certificate and private key)

Test mode in the payment method settings uses Sandbox keys; Live mode uses Live keys. The system automatically detects the appropriate key upon confirmation of notifications from Netopia.

Upload and manage Netopia keys

The keys received from Netopia are configured directly from the addon settings:

• Upload Live public certificate (.cer) and Live private key (.key)
• Upload Sandbox public certificate (.cer) and Sandbox private key (.key)
• Automatic saving in app/payments/mobilpay_files/data/ with standard names (live.public.cer, live.private.key, sandbox.public.cer, sandbox.private.key)
• Validate file extensions and clear messages in case of errors (inaccessible directory, failed save)

Order status mapping

Each MobilPay event is mapped to an order status in the platform:

• Payment confirmation (MobilPay: confirmed) – status chosen for confirmed payment (e.g. Order processed)
• Cancellation (MobilPay: canceled) – status for canceled payment
• Refund (MobilPay: credit) – status for returning the amount to the customer
• Pending (MobilPay: paid / paid_pending / confirmed_pending) – status for payments under verification (it is recommended not to deliver until confirmed)
• Notification error – status for errors when receiving confirmation from MobilPay

All statuses are chosen from the CS-Cart order status list (Administration → Statuses → Orders), ensuring consistency with the rest of the workflow.

Notification processing and order update

The module correctly processes notifications (callbacks) from MobilPay:

• Decrypt received data with private key (sandbox test, then live)
• Action ID: confirmed, confirmed_pending, paid_pending, paid, canceled, credit
• Update order status according to configured mapping
• XML response according to MobilPay specifications (crc) for confirmation of receipt
• Protection against invalid data or missing key files

Payment information on the order

The platform maintains the connection with the MobilPay transaction:

• Dedicated column in the orders table for MobilPay data (e.g. transaction reference)
• Possibility of tracking and debugging payments associated with the order

Checkout requirements

To comply with MobilPay/Netopia requirements, the module ensures the presence of mandatory data:

• Email and phone set as mandatory at checkout and in profile (upon installation)
• The data is sent in the request to MobilPay according to the specifications

Compatibility and security

The addon is built for stability and compliance:

• Compatible with CS-Cart 4.10.1+, ULTIMATE and MULTIVENDOR editions
• Key files are stored in a dedicated directory, with access control and validated extensions
• Upon uninstallation, the payment processor and the MobilPay column are removed from orders; the license is deleted from Addons Manager
