Seller / Provider: NET SEO MEDIA SRL (cs-cart.ro).

Customer: any natural or legal person who accesses the site, creates an account and/or places an order.

Products: software products, licenses, modules/add-ons, digital downloads.

Services: implementation, configuration, technical support, custom development, API integration, maintenance.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing the site, creating an account, placing an order or requesting a quote, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as related policies (GDPR, Cookies).

3. User account and information provided

cs-cart.ro sells software products (licenses) and/or offers implementation and development services. For certain products, NET SEO MEDIA SRL may act as an authorized distributor/partner.

5. Orders and delivery (digital)

After placing the order and confirming payment, delivery of digital products is made via: email, customer account and/or download link, depending on the type of product.

• Licenses can be delivered in the form of a code/key, account activation, or confirmation email.
• Modules/add-ons can be delivered via download or account access.
• For custom projects, delivery is done in stages, according to the offer/contract.

6. Prices and VAT

The prices displayed on the site are those valid at the time of order and may be changed without prior notice, without affecting orders already confirmed.

VAT: Prices are displayed excluding VAT and with VAT applied in both Lei and Euro according to applicable legislation. Note: In Romania, the standard VAT rate is currently 21%.

7. Payment methods

• Online with card (debit/credit) – Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, GPay payment is made through third-party payment processors Netopia, Euplatesc.

8. Right of withdrawal / cancellation (digital products & services)

For digital content delivered online (e.g. licenses, downloadable modules), the right of withdrawal may be limited if the delivery/activation began with the express consent of the customer and after confirmation that he/she has become aware of the loss of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.

For services , if the performance begins immediately upon the client's request, there may be limitations on withdrawal after full or partial performance of the service.

9. Warranties, support and updates

Support conditions (duration, channels, SLA) and updates are specified in the product/plan description. For custom modules, supportThe cost and maintenance are established contractually (offer / contract).

NET SEO MEDIA SRL does not guarantee compatibility with any hosting environment or unofficial third-party modules, unless explicitly stated.

10. Customer obligations

• To provide correct and complete data necessary for delivery and invoicing.
• Ensure the necessary technical access (where applicable) for implementation/integrations.
• To use the products/licenses according to the terms imposed by the manufacturer and the legislation in force.
• Not attempt unauthorized access, alteration of the site or associated systems (fraud/abuse).

11. Copyright and intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, images, graphics, UI elements, code) is protected by copyright law. Use without the written consent of NET SEO MEDIA SRL is prohibited.

12. Limitation of liability

NET SEO MEDIA SRL makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the site and the provision of services, but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions caused by third parties (hosting, payment processors, email providers, cyber attacks, etc.).

To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect losses (unrealized profits, business interruption) is excluded, except where otherwise required by law.
