1. Delivery of digital products

All digital products are delivered electronically , via download, without physical delivery.

• Delivery is made automatically , immediately after payment confirmation.
• The customer receives a download link in their account and by email.
• Products can be downloaded and installed immediately after completing the order.

2. CS-Cart Licenses

CS-Cart licenses are managed exclusively by the official developer of the platform, namely cs-cart.com .

• Licenses are registered on the CS-Cart developer's website.
• The license serial is generated and provided by cs-cart.com.
• The customer receives access to the license and download of the CS-Cart platform in the account automatically created in the cs-cart.com helpdesk.

3. Return policy

According to current legislation regarding the provision of digital content, digital products are not returnable .

Once the product has been delivered electronically and the customer has had access to the download, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.

4. Updates and maintenance for addons

For purchased CS-Cart modules and addons, a 6-month free update period is included, covering:

• version updates;
• correcting any bugs;
• compatibility with current CS-Cart versions.

After the 6-month period expires, the customer can opt to extend the update and support period by purchasing an additional package.

5. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased product is compatible with the CS-Cart version used and with their own infrastructure.

6. Final provisions

By placing an order for digital products, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this delivery and return policy.
