netSEO: Loyalty Program is a professional addon for CS-Cart that implements a complete loyalty program with progressive discounts by levels. The module automatically tracks the value of eligible customer orders, assigns them levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) based on configurable thresholds and applies percentage discounts to eligible products in the cart. The discount is applied automatically, without a promo code, and customers can see their progress in their personal account.

Configurable levels and thresholds

The module offers five default levels, each with a minimum amount threshold and percentage discount:

• Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond – thresholds and percentages editable in admin
• Minimum amount in loyalty currency (e.g. lei) for each level
• Percentage discount applied to eligible products (e.g. 2%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 10%)
• Automatic progression to the next level when the threshold is reached

Automatic accumulation from orders

The value of the orders is automatically added to the customer's total:

• Only orders with status "Complete" (C) are taken into account
• Configurable program start date – orders before this date are ignored
• Eligible amount per order: only products that are not excluded (no active discount, no promotions, etc.)
• Automatic conversion to loyalty currency for stores with multiple currencies

Configurable product exclusions

The administrator can exclude certain products from the discount calculation:

• Products with list_price > price (considered already discounted)
• Products on Marketing promotions
• Discounted products online
• "Apply to all products" option – ignores exclusions (useful for debugging or LiteCheckout)

Automatic discount in cart

The loyalty discount is applied directly in the cart:

• Automatic calculation at add-to-cart and checkout
• No promotional code – the customer automatically benefits depending on the level
• Dedicated line in the order summary (e.g. "Gold loyalty discount (5%): -X lei")
• Integration with LiteCheckout, cart and block manager

Notifications: email and popup

The module sends notifications at key moments:

• Email upon reaching threshold – when the customer moves to a new level (e.g. Silver → Gold)
• Threshold approaching email – when there is a maximum of X lei left until the next threshold (once per threshold)
• Popup in account – visual notification when approaching threshold (configured interval: 12h–720h)
• Customizable email templates, with variables {firstname}, {current_tier}, {amount_left}, etc.

Manual adjustments per client

The administrator can add or subtract amounts from the loyalty total:

• Dedicated "Loyalty Program" tab in the customer profile (admin)
• Adjustment field: +100 or -50 (lei or loyalty currency)
• Adjustment reason and full history
• Rebuild per client – recalculates total and level

Rebuild and sync

For existing stores or after rule changes:

• Manual rebuild – batch processing (2000 orders, 1000 customers per run)
• Automatic rebuild – cronjob every 15 minutes (configurable)
• Order verification – eligibility validation per order
• Rebuild per customer – from customer profile or order verification

Client page and documentation

The module provides resources for clients and SEO:

• Dedicated page in the customer account – level, discount, progress, next threshold
• "Html page" tab – complete HTML code for promotional page (levels, FAQ, example)
• Configurable text templates: page title, intro, popup messages, emails

Native integration into CS-Cart

netSEO: Loyalty Program/strong> is integrated into the administration interface through a dedicated menu (Loyalty Program) with tabs: Dashboard, Thresholds, Texts and templates, Recalculation/Rebuild, Email template, HTML page, Logs. In the customer profile, the "Loyalty Program" tab appears with loyalty data and the adjustment form. On the frontend, customers see the loyalty page in the account, the threshold approach popup and the automatically applied discount in the cart.

Without a dedicated loyalty program, stores must manually manage loyalty discounts or use generic promo codes.
