netSEO: CS-Cart Technical Support is a monthly subscription service dedicated to the management and use of your online store. Benefit from e-commerce guidance, SEO structure organization, assistance in using the platform, and support for identifying and fixing technical issues, under the conditions described below.

Consulting for managing an online business

We provide you with information and guidance from A to Z on managing an online business, to understand and correctly use the functionalities of the CS-Cart store.

Help in creating the SEO structure of the store

We help you organize the structure of your online store based on the keywords you are tracking and the products you are selling.

  • Guidance for organizing categories and subcategories.
  • Correlating the store structure with search terms relevant to the business.
  • Organizing categories to support CPC promotion through Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with the goal of improving landing page relevance and cost-per-click efficiency.

Guidance for adding products correctly

We explain how to add products to the store in accordance with the SEO structure and targeted keywords.

We don't add the products to the site. We teach you how to do this activity correctly.

Minor platform changes

The subscription includes various minor changes to the HTML, CSS, and PHP source code , such as color adjustments and other simple interventions on the platform.

These interventions do not include the development of PHP modules or the creation of complex design elements .

Error checking and fixing technical problems

We check for platform errors, server issues, and errors caused by CS-Cart modules, within the limits of the support service.

Errors or bugs caused by the platform's native modules or by modules developed by us are corrected free of charge as part of the subscription.

Assistance in using the CS-Cart platform

  • Support for using the admin panel.
  • Guidance on the functionalities available in the customer interface (frontend).
  • Technical support and maintenance for native CS-Cart modules and for modules developed or sold by us.

Modules and services not included

We do not provide support for third-party modules purchased from other sources , outside of native CS-Cart modules and those developed or sold by us.

The subscription does not include product introduction by our team, development of new modules, or complex design work.

Support channels and program

  • Emergencies regarding the operation of the platform: 24/7 technical support for situations where the online store is unavailable (site down).
  • Email: response within 48–72 hours, with a maximum deadline of 72 hours.
  • Telephone: within a limit of 3 hours per month, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 16:00.
  • WhatsApp: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 16:00.

24/7 availability applies to emergencies related to store unavailability. Regular requests are handled according to the schedule and deadlines above.
