netSEO: IPay for CS-Cart

netSEO: EuPlatesc is a professional addon for CS-Cart that integrates online payment through the EuPlatesc.ro service. The module allows customers to pay securely by card (credit/debit) on the secure EuPlatesc portal, with support for Google Pay and Apple Pay where offered by EuPlatesc. Orders are automatically updated upon payment confirmation or failure, with configurable status mapping.

Online payment via EuPlatesc.ro

The module offers native integration with EuPlatesc (secure.euplatesc.ro):

• Redirect customer to the secure EuPlatesc page for entering payment details (card, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
• Secure communication: MAC signature HMAC-MD5 (fp_hash) according to the EuPlatesc API documentation
• Automatic transmission of amount, currency (RON/EUR), order description and invoice identifier (order_id)
• Return URL (successurl / failedurl) and server-to-server callback (silenturl) for command synchronization

The payment process is fast and according to EuPlatesc specifications (tdsprocess).

Payment method setup

In the CS-Cart payment method settings (Administration → Payments) configure:

• Merchant ID (MID) – EuPlatesc account identifier (account_number)
• Secret key (KEY) – the key in hex format (32 characters) received from EuPlatesc, used for the MAC calculation
• Currency – RON or EUR, depending on the EuPlatesc account and the store currency

In the EuPlatesc panel, the callback URL must be configured: site/index.php?dispatch=payment_notification.notify&payment=euplatesc . The module automatically generates the success and fail URLs with the session in the parameters, so that when returning from EuPlatesc the client remains authenticated.

Order status mapping

Each EuPlatesc event is mapped to an order status in the platform (addon settings - "Order status mapping" section):

• Status on approved payment (action=0) – order status when EuPlatesc confirms the transaction successfully (default: Order processed)
• Status on failed / declined payment – order status when payment is declined, canceled or fails (default: Order failed)

Statuses are chosen from the list of CS-Cart order statuses, ensuring consistency with the store's workflow.

Callback processing and order update

The module correctly processes notifications (callbacks) from EuPlatesc:

• Receive parameters: amount, curr, invoice_id, ep_id, merch_id, action, message, approval, timestamp, nonce, fp_hash
• Integrity check: recalculate MAC (HMAC-MD5) with the secret key and compare with the received fp_hash; in case of mismatch the response is "OK" without modifying the command (anti-fraud protection)
• At action=0 (payment approved): fn_finish_payment and set status according to "Status on payment approved"
• On failed/refused payment: set status according to "Status on failed payment", update payment info on order (transaction_id, reason_text)
• "OK" response to EuPlatesc to confirm receipt

invoice_id can contain order_id or order_id_repaid for repaid orders; the module correctly extracts order_id for update.

Data sent to EuPlatesc

When initiating the payment, the module sends all the necessary fields to EuPlatesc:

• Amount, currency, invoice_id, order_desc (ex: "Order #123"), merch_id, timestamp, nonce, fp_hash
• Billing data: fname, lname, add, city, state, zip, country, phone, email
• Delivery data: sfname, slname, sadd, scity, sstate, szip, scountry (taken from CS-Cart order)
• ExtraData: silenturl (callback), successurl, failedurl – with the session in the URL to preserve authentication on return
• Language (lang): ro or en depending on the language of the cart

The amount is correctly converted to the selected currency (RON/EUR) using the exchange rates in CS-Cart.

Customer return and order routing

Upon returning from EuPlatesc (successurl / failedurl), the module:

• Identifies the order by order_id and action (success/fail) from the URL
• Verify that the payment script is euplatesc.php for that order
• Delegate routing (fn_order_placement_routines) to display confirmation or failure page
• Upon payment initiation, the order is set to "Pending" (N) status before redirection.

License and dependencies

The addon depends on netSEO Addons Manager for license verification. The license code is configured in the module settings (License section). Updates can be managed through the CS-Cart Upgrade Center (NetseoEuplatesc connector).

Native integration into CS-Cart

netSEO: EuPlatesc integrates as a standard payment processor in CS-Cart: upon activation, the "EuPlatesc" processor is added to the list of processors with a template for redirect (cc_outside) and admin template for MID, secret key and currency. The administrator creates a payment method, associates it with EuPlatesc and offers it to customers at checkout.

Without direct EuPlatesc integration into CS-Cart, online payments would require manual processes or intermediary solutions. This add-on offers secure redirect, MAC validated callback, clear status mapping and session retention on return, in a flow optimized for e-commerce in Romania.
