netSEO: BT Plată Card is a professional addon for CS-Cart that integrates card payment through Banca Transilvania (BT iPay). The module allows customers to pay for orders directly with their card, with redirection to the BT secure environment, and offers complete management of order statuses, receipts (deposit/capture) and refunds.

Card payment via BT iPay

The module connects to the BT iPay API for:

• Payment initiation at checkout with redirection to BT
• Processing callbacks and webhooks from Banca Transilvania
• Support for authorization (2 steps) or direct payment (1 step)
• JWT validation for webhooks (Callback Key / Webhook Secret configurable)

Configurable order statuses

The administrator maps each payment stage to a status in CS-Cart:

• Order status created (payment initiated)
• Order status approved (card approved)
• Order status received (after deposit/capture)
• Order status rejected (payment declined)
• Cancelled order status (reverse/cancel)
• Refunded order status

Automatic cashout (deposit)

The module can automatically collect approved payments:

• "Automatic status change to BT Received" option
• Orders with the status "BT Created" or "BT Approved" that exceed a configured period (e.g. 4 and a half days) are automatically moved to "BT Received" and the BT collection operation is performed.
• Reduces manual intervention for collections

Payment method setup

Settings available in the addon interface:

• Payment method title (displayed at checkout)
• Payment description with variables {order_number} and {shop_name}
• Callback Key (Webhook Secret) for JWT validation of BT notifications

Payment and refund history

The module records transactions in the database:

• Payment table: order_id, ipay_id, amount, currency, status, date
• Refunds table: order_id, ipay_id, amount, date
• BT status per order (created, approved, received, etc.) for synchronization with BT flow

Payment processor in checkout

The payment processor is registered in CS-Cart as "BT iPay" and appears in the payment methods list. Configuration is done from the addon settings: license, BT parameters and order status mapping.

License and updates

The module uses netSEO Addons Manager for license verification and updates through the Upgrade Center, ensuring correct licensing and access to new versions.

Native integration into CS-Cart

netSEO: BT Card Payment integrates into the CS-Cart administration interface, offering a dedicated settings page for license, BT parameters and order statuses, with explanatory tooltips.

Without a dedicated BT iPay module, accepting Banca Transilvania card payments in CS-Cart requires custom or intermediary solutions. This addon offers direct integration with BT iPay, status management and automatic collections, ensuring a clear and easy-to-administer payment flow.
