netSEO: AWB Cargo for CS-Cart

netSEO: AWB Cargus is a professional addon for CS-Cart that automates the generation of AWB labels by integrating with the Urgent Cargus API (urgentcargus.azure-api.net). The module eliminates manual data entry, automatically retrieves order data and integrates shipments directly into orders, according to the official Cargus API documentation (LoginUser, PickupLocations, Awbs, AwbDocuments, AWB deletion).

Automatic generation of AWB labels

The module allows generating AWB labels directly from the order page, with a pre-filled form:

• Shipping data: Pickup point (LocationId) taken from the Cargus API (PickupLocations), Service (34 up to 31 kg, 35 for 31–50 kg, 50 over 50 kg), No. of shipments (parcels), Parcel table with weight and dimensions per parcel (width, length, height), Total weight (with automatic calculation from individual weights or equal division by number of parcels), Envelopes (max. 9), Transport payer (Sender/Recipient), Refund (RON) – CashRepayment or BankRepayment according to addon setting, Unique reference (CustomString), Remarks (default text configurable from settings, e.g. "To be contacted by phone"), Parcel content (PackageContent), Open package (OpenPackage) and Saturday Delivery (SaturdayDelivery) options
• Recipient: Company Name (with CUI in parentheses, e.g. "FIRMA SRL (CUI: RO12345678)"), Company CUI, Person Name, County and Locality (dynamic dropdowns from the Cargus Counties/Localities API or text fields when the API does not return lists), Street, Building No., Address (AddressText), Postal Code, Phone, Email

The shipping process becomes fast, without manually entering data into the Cargus platform.

Multi-parcel shipments (1/2, 2/2) – according to API Cargus

The module correctly manages shipments with multiple packages under a single AWB, according to the conditions of the Cargus multipiece service:

• Number of shipments (parcels) configured in the form; for 2+ parcels: one AWB (1/2, 2/2), one cash on delivery; customer pays once and collects all parcels
• Cargus limitations: max. 15 packages per shipment, max. 31 kg per package, max. 465 kg total weight (validation in the module)
• Dynamic table: weight and dimensions per package; total weight calculated automatically or entered manually (equal distribution across packages)
• ParcelCodes sent to API with one element per parcel (weight and dimensions from the form)

Full integration with CS-Cart orders

The order data is automatically retrieved:

• Customer information and delivery address (county, city, address, postal code, telephone, email)
• Payment method (refund or not; non-refund methods configurable in settings – Payment (NO Refund))
• Total amount for refund (when applicable)
• Natural person/legal entity: company name and CUI from the configured profile fields (Company Name ID Field, Company CUI ID Field); the form displays a pre-filled "Company Name (CUI in parentheses)"
• Package content: configurable message with parameters {order_id}, {domain} or product list (reference / product name)

Settings allow you to exclude certain payment methods from cash on delivery.

View and print AWB labels

After generation, the order page displays:

• Generated AWB numbers (link to PDF view)
• "Generate AWB" button (stylized orange, white text) in the transport section
• "Shipping history" button (parcel tracking) – opens the status history from Cargus for the order's AWBs in a popup
• AWB delete button (with confirmation)

Labels are downloaded according to the Cargus API (AwbDocuments / PDF) and can be opened or printed.

Parcel tracking (Shipment history)

The module offers package tracking directly from the admin, similar to the Sameday module:

• "Shipping history" button on the order page (shipping section), visible when the order already has Cargus AWBs generated
• Upon clicking, a popup opens with the shipment history taken from the Cargus API (AwbTrace/WithRedirect): date/time, status, condition, location, observations for each event
• For orders with multiple AWBs, one table is displayed per AWB.
• In the MultiVendor edition, vendors have access to the shipping history for their orders

AWB deletion

The module allows deleting a generated AWB:

• Deletion on the Cargus platform (Awbs DELETE API with barcode)
• Delete from addon database and CS-Cart order shipments
• Confirm before deletion

Shipping Management in CS-Cart

After generating the AWB:

• Create or update shipment in CS-Cart (carrier Cargus, tracking number = AWB number)
• Optional: automatic change of order status after AWB generation (configurable: Yes/No and desired status)

MultiVendor – Mapping pickup points per vendor

On the MULTIVENDOR edition, the module offers dedicated functionality for multiple vendors:

• Addon setting: "Map pickup points per vendor (MultiVendor)" (Yes/No). When enabled, each vendor only sees the Cargus pickup points mapped to them.
• Dedicated page: "Map pickup points per vendor" (accessible from the Commands menu - "Cargus - Map pickup points" and from the addon settings). Only the administrator can access the page; for each vendor (company) the pickup points to which it can ship are selected (multi-select; Ctrl/Cmd for multiple).
• When generating AWB: If mapping is active, in the AWB form the "Pickup Point" dropdown only displays the mapped points for the order vendor (or for the logged in vendor). A vendor without mapped points receives the message: "You have no mapped pickup points. Contact your administrator for configuration."
• Restricted fields for vendor: When the user is a vendor (seller account), certain fields are frozen: Shipping payer (forced "Shipper (1)"), Reference (CustomString) – readonly with pre-filled value. Refund remains editable. Behavior aligned with Sameday module for multi-courier consistency.

Without mapping enabled, all users see all pickup points returned by the API.

Add-on configuration

Available settings:

• General: License code, API Key (Subscription Key), API User (UserName), API Password, Cargus API URL (default https://urgentcargus.azure-api.net/api), Refund type (Cash refund / Refund to account), Company Name ID field, Company CUI ID field
• MultiVendor: Mapping pickup points per vendor (Yes/No)
• Options: Remarks (default) – pre-filled text in the Remarks field (e.g. "Contact by phone"), No. of parcels (default), Total parcel weight (kg), Parcel content message (parameters {order_id}, {domain}), Parcel content (Reference / Product name), Payment (NO Refund), Change order status after AWB generation, Order status after AWB

All settings and tooltips are translated (RO/EN) in the addon's language files (SettingsOptions, SettingsTooltips, SettingsVariants).

Individuals and legal entities

The module automatically retrieves data from the configured profile fields:

• Company name and CUI for legal entities; the form displays "Company name (CUI in brackets)" and a separate field CUI Company
• Contact and address for all orders

The recipient's county and locality can be selected from the lists in the Cargus API (Counties, Localities) or filled in as text when the API does not provide lists.

History and costs

The generated AWBs are saved in the addon database:

• order_id, awb_number, info_sent, message_in (API response), cost, created_at
• The data allows tracking of shipments and reconciliation with Cargus.

License and dependencies

The addon depends on netSEO Addons Manager for license verification. The license code is configured in the module settings. Upgrade Center Connector is included for updates via the CS-Cart Upgrade Center.

Native integration into CS-Cart

netSEO: AWB Cargus integrates into the CS-Cart administration interface: "Generate AWB" button on the order page (transportation section), dedicated form with all necessary fields according to the Cargus API, AWB list and actions (PDF view, delete) without leaving the order screen.

Without direct Cargus integration in CS-Cart, AWB generation becomes manual and error-prone. This addon offers label generation according to the Urgent Cargus API documentation, multi-package support (1/2, 2/2) with weight and number of packages limits, cash or account refund, package tracking (shipment history) in the admin, mapping pickup points per vendor in MultiVendor and restricted fields for sellers, optimized for e-commerce with Cargus.
