netSEO: Card Payment Alert is a professional addon for CS-Cart that displays a visual badge (green, red or yellow) in the admin for the status of the card payment for each order. The module integrates into the order detail page, in the "Payment Information" section, and helps the team quickly identify whether the card payment was successful, failed or is pending, reducing the risk of delivery without payment confirmation.

Status badges for card payments

On the order detail page, below the payment information, the module displays a clear message with a visual indicator (pulsating dot):

• Green (success) – “Card payment successfully completed” – for orders with completed status and payment confirmed by the processor
• Red (failure) – “Card payment not confirmed. Please check before delivery.” – for incomplete, canceled or failed payment orders
• Yellow (pending) – payment in progress or unconfirmed – optional, can be disabled in settings

The badge only appears for orders that use a payment method configured as "card" (e.g. EuPlatesc, Stripe, Netopia/Mobilpay, Visa/Mastercard).

Configure payment methods considered as cards

The administrator can choose which payment methods are treated as card payments:

• Checkboxes – multiple selection from the list of all active payment methods; only orders with these methods display the badge
• Automatic detection – if none is checked, the module automatically detects card methods by name and processor (Stripe, EuPlatesc, Netopia, Mobilpay, Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

Order status mapping (success / failure / pending)

The module allows flexible configuration of status letters in CS-Cart:

• Statuses = SUCCESS – codes (e.g. C, O, P) considered a successful payment; the order with this status and a successful message from the processor displays a green badge
• Statuses = FAILURE – codes (e.g. F, I) considered failed payment or canceled order → red badge
• Statuses = Pending – codes (e.g. O) for unconfirmed payment → yellow badge (if pending display is enabled)
• Incomplete status code (optional) – the letter of the status "Incomplete" (order created, unpaid / customer left the page). Left blank, the module automatically detects from the database (description contains "incomplete"/"incomplet"); if in the store I = Cancelled, the letter used for Incomplete can be entered here (ex. N)

For Incomplete status (e.g. letter N in some installations), the badge is always red, regardless of other signals, to prevent delivery without confirmed payment.

Smart payment evaluation

The module analyzes order and payment data to determine the outcome:

• Check for explicit success/failure messages from the processor response (payment_info, order_data)
• Mapping command status (O, C, P, etc.) to configured SUCCESS / FAILURE / Pending lists
• Presence of transaction_id without clear status → treated as pending (yellow) or ignored if pending display is disabled
• Order with status Incomplete → always red

Display settings

Show PENDING status – option (yes/no) to show or hide the yellow badge for pending payments. When disabled, these commands do not display any badge.

License and updates

The module uses netSEO Addons Manager for license verification and updates via Upgrade Center. The license code is configured from the addon settings. Upon uninstallation, the serial and license cache are deleted, so upon reinstallation the addon appears disabled with an invalid license until the code is entered again.

Compatibility

The addon is built for stability and compatibility with the CS-Cart structure:

• Compatible with CS-Cart 4.10.1+, ULTIMATE and MULTIVENDOR editions
• Required dependency: netSEO Addons Manager
• Detection of the "Incomplete" status is done through the CS-Cart API (fn_get_statuses), without direct queries on tables with variable structure between versions

Native integration into CS-Cart

netSEO: Card Payment Warning integrates into the CS-Cart admin interface via a hook in the "Payment Information" area of the order detail page (same insertion point as netSEO Order Attention). The pulsating dot badge and status message (green/red/yellow) are displayed immediately below the payment method information and processor response. Configuring card methods, a staThe inks and the pending display option are done from the addon settings (Sales → Card payment warning).

Without such a module, quickly identifying orders with unconfirmed or failed card payments requires manual checks in the processor response and order status. This addon provides a clear and configurable visual signal, suitable for stores that use card payments (EuPlatesc, Stripe, Netopia, etc.) and want to avoid deliveries without confirmed payment.
